"After going from store to store and continuously being given hot water bottles with covers, after asking whether they sold just the cover (blank stare was the standard response), I searched online and found Avenu (yay!)... They are locally based, very professional, thorough and prompt. I was kept updated on the status of my order and delivery every step of the way. The goods arrived within a 48 hour turnaround time, were well packaged and presented. The quality of the covers is of a high standard and hopefully they'll be getting more stock of the 'pug' design, so I can buy more."
